Teacher Professional Qualification

100% of the teachers in this kindergarten have completed relevant professional training courses, and some teachers have a bachelor’s degree or higher professional level. In order to improve the professional quality of teachers, training courses and workshops are held every year to promote teachers’ professional development.

Overseas academic exchange

The kindergarten also arranges teachers to visit other schools and conduct academic exchanges to broaden teachers’ horizons and improve teaching effectiveness; the annual joint school activities also organize teachers to conduct overseas academic exchanges to observe and explore advanced educational ideas and experiences.

Local professional training

The kindergarten attaches great importance to the professional training of teachers, and holds two to three “Teacher Development Days” every year. Professionals are invited to support the school, allowing teachers to reflect and experience the teaching process, so as to improve the professional level of teachers.
